Founded by the team behind the trusted 4N Business Expos, BNX was created by people who know what works (and what doesn’t). Most expos offer a stand and some footfall. But then what?

Caroline J Andrew – Managing Director, BNX
Caroline is a firm believer that great business starts with genuine relationships.
She joined 4Networking in 2009, became a familiar face at events nationwide, and in 2022 took over the network as Managing Director.
With a background in high-level sales, coaching and community building, she brings vision, structure and energy to everything BNX does.

Sara makes things happen. She’s been behind the scenes of 4N expos for years, leading the charge on logistics, partnerships and unforgettable expo experiences.
At BNX, she oversees every detail to make sure our events aren’t just well-run but packed with energy, impact and real value for exhibitors, sponsors and attendees.

Rohan Williams
– Website & CRM Systems Support
Rohan Williams, founder of RAW Corporation, plays a major role behind the scenes at BNX, helping us build and maintain the systems that keep the business running smoothly.
Working closely with the BNX team, Rohan has developed and manages our website, ensuring it remains up to date, functional and focused on delivering the best possible experience for our members, exhibitors and attendees.
Beyond the website itself, Rohan provides ongoing support with our CRM systems, automation, integrations and technical updates, helping us streamline processes and improve how we communicate with and support our growing community.
His expertise allows the BNX team to focus on what we do best, creating opportunities, visibility and growth for small businesses, while knowing the technology behind the scenes is in safe hands.

Helen Emsell-Needham
– Accountancy & Financial Support
Helen Emsell-Needham of Zenith Digital Accountants Ltd provides accountancy and financial support to BNX, helping ensure that the business remains organised, compliant and well positioned for future growth.
Since joining the BNX team as our accountants, Helen has quickly become a trusted source of guidance and support. Jon Smythe of Smooth Designs is the creative force behind much of the BNX branding and design work that helps us present a professional and consistent image across our events and marketing materials.
From developing and refining visual assets to designing and laying out our Expo Guides, Jon plays an important role in ensuring the BNX brand is represented to the highest standard. His attention to detail, creativity and understanding of what works in a business environment help us create materials that not only look great but also deliver value to exhibitors and attendees alike.

From 0700 to 1500, I was blown away by the team work, the organisation and the main event. I have attended many expos and exhibited across Europe in my career, and I can honestly say that the event yesterday was seamless to all that attended.
